Terms of Use

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the GestFlow platform ("Service") provided by GestEase Technologie Inc. ("GestEase", "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GestFlow is a SaaS business management solution comprising 15 integrated modules: Time Tracking, Planning Calendar, Payroll, Capacity, Resources, Projects & Documents, Products & Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, AI Assistant, GestDocs AI and Users & HR.

2. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after the 14-day free trial period. Pricing is available on our pricing page. Billing is monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. GestFlow does not use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. Upon termination, your data is accessible for 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

GestFlow, including its source code, design, trademarks and documentation, is the exclusive property of GestEase Technologie Inc. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

6. Limitation of Liability

GestFlow strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid during the last 12 months. GestFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. GestFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Montreal, Quebec.
